MAKING
Our lollies are made from REAL fruit and fresh natural ingredients. We juice, zest and squeeze everything by hand and make all of our lollies from scratch in small batches. We even hand pipe the Belgian chocolate that goes into our mint and vanilla shards.
FRESH, NATURAL INGREDIENTS
We care about every ingredient that goes into our Lickety Ice lollies. From the fresh local milk, to the lemon zest, all our suppliers are carefully selected, always sourcing locally where we can. We love foraging for seasonal berries and elderflower and grow as much fruit as we can on our own allotment.
Nothing goes to waste in the making of our delicious ice lollies. Fruit peelings, cores, and other organic waste from the making process are added to our compost, which we use in our garden to grow even more tasty fruit the following year.

FRESH LOCAL MILK

Our fresh milk is supplied by Lindsay and her pedigree herd of gorgeous British Friesian cows that graze the rich pastures of the Waveney Valley. The Burroughs family are third and fourth-generation dairy and arable farmers within the Wheatacre and Aldeby area.

CITRUS FRUITS
MARSHALLS PRODUCE - LOWESTOFT
Our citrus and more exotic fruits come from Marshalls, a thriving Lowestoft greengrocer. They source lemons, limes, oranges, and ruby grapefruit at their peak ripeness. They also find us other fruit that’s on the verge of going over: which we pulp and freeze, preventing food waste.
