FRESH FRUITY LOLLIES

Our refreshingly simple fresh fruit lollies are made from….REAL fruit. Yep, that’s just about it. We add water of course, otherwise it wouldn’t be a lolly – and a little natural sugar because all fruit needs a bit of help to bring the natural flavours and sweetness out. But don’t be fooled by the simplicity of these lovingly handmade lollies. The real fruit flavour combinations really pack a punch. All are suitable for Vegans and gluten free. 

  • STRAWBERRY, VANILLA & PASSIONFRUIT

    Fresh strawberries blitzed with fresh passionfruit juice and seeds go into this refreshing lolly, and a hint of vanilla adds just a touch of creaminess.

    An infusion of fresh ginger, and the freshly squeezed juice and zests from lemons and limes go into this zingy Lickety Ice creation. Our most refreshing and popular lolly.

    Fragrantly flavoured, this lolly is packed full of fresh raspberries and lychees, with a subtle hint of rose.

CREAMY DESSERT LOLLIES

We’ve taken inspiration from some of our favourite desserts and created a range of delicious frozen treats. All good things start from a great base, and our dessert lollies are just the same. Our custards use the traditional ingredients of egg, milk, sugar and cream to make a rich yellow base, and our creams combine fresh cream and milk, sugar and a little cornflour. We add the fruit or chocolate shards to the base, and that is it! No lengthy ingredients lists, and all natural ingredients. All are gluten free. 

  • RHUBARB & CUSTARD

    We swirl tart rhubarb through a creamy vanilla custard. The addition of small pieces of local rhubarb add texture to this comforting, classic dessert-inspired lolly

  • STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE

    A traditional cheesecake base is made from sour cream, cream cheese and crème fraîche, and ours is just the same. Swirled through with sweet and fresh local strawberries for that perfectly balanced sweet / sour cheesecake flavour.

  • MINT CHOC SHARD

    This is one fresh lolly! We pick our mint from the Lickety Ice allotment and make our own fresh mint syrup to add to the cream base. Hand piped dark chocolate in this fabulous lolly adds just the right amount of bitterness to the sweet and cool of the mint.

  • VANILLA CHOC SHARD

    The Lickety Ice team were inspired by retro ice cream desserts for this superb lolly. Hand piped Belgian milk chocolate shards are carefully dropped into a vanilla cream base to add a crunch that takes you straight back to 80s ice cream, on a stick!

Bursting with fresh fruit and all natural ingredients, Lickety Twists are the perfect treat for kids, and the slightly smaller 48ml size makes them just right for little hands. We are passionate about taste and lollies made from all things nice. We use only the sugar we need for taste, nothing extra – just enough to complement the natural fruit sugars.

Our flavours reflect our passion for using only the freshest ingredients, changing throughout the year to use the very best the seasons have to offer.

When the time is right frothy elderflower blossoms and tangy blackberries are foraged locally, and we also celebrate our very own British seasonal favourites with local rhubarb and apples picked from our own trees.

Just like Christmas, we wait all year for our seasonal lollies to be available – that extra special treat, to be treasured when you can get them.
